Privacy

Your evidence stays attached to your case.

We collect only what is needed to review a submission, make a lawful buying decision and keep required purchase records.

What is recorded

Your contact details, the words you submit, photographs and video, seller claims, observable media notes, questions, decisions and the history of the case. The original material is preserved separately from translations, extracted claims and buyer judgement.

What is not accepted through the public form

Do not upload identity documents, proof of address or bank details. If a transaction reaches a point where one is genuinely required, a named operator will explain why, who can see it and how long it will be retained, then provide a separate verified route.

How automated assistance is used

A model may help transcribe, translate, extract claims or draft cautious photographic observations. It is not allowed to confirm identity, origin, treatment, title or value, set a price, approve compliance or authorise payment. Identity documents, bank details and unrelated conversations must not be sent to a model.

Who can see it

The seller status page shows only the minimum information for one case through a long private link. Internal evidence is restricted to named users according to their role. Access to sensitive actions is logged.

How long it is kept

The present operating schedule is two years after last contact for an enquiry that never becomes a purchase, and seven years for a purchase record. Legal holds can pause deletion. This schedule remains subject to the final Australian, Sri Lankan, tax, dealer-licensing and anti-money-laundering determinations, and backups require their own expiry.

Your request

Ask through [email protected] and include the case reference, not identity documents. We will verify the request before disclosing or changing private information.
